Daniel
Chief Operating Officer
Born and raised on the coast of South Carolina, Daniel has been in and around the water his entire life. Growing up, most of his weekends were spent somewhere on the water. This led to keeping his family close to the coast and making a lifetime of memories that involve water sport activities. After receiving a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he spent the first portion of his career in the aerospace industry reaching a role of chief engineer before transitioning to the chemical industry. Over the course of the next 15+ years he held various roles in engineering management, operations management, and a vice president role before deciding to pursue something new and exciting. Over those 20+ years Daniel gained and honed his engineering, operations, and business management abilities to be a change agent in any industry he occupies.
This skillset and love of the water is what brought Daniel to Palmetto Yacht Management where he is able to lead from the role of COO.

Ben
Logistics Manager
Benjamin Miller has been a Myrtle Beach local since the age of six. Growing up on the beach, he began his maritime career at the age of 19 working for a water sport company in North Myrtle where he fell in love with everything boat-related. At the age of 20, Ben became a licensed USCG Captain and quickly moved into management at his place of work. Within four years, he had become the Head Parasail Captain for a high-volume watersport firm where he regularly flew over 120 people per day during the peak season. After solidifying his foundation in watersports, Ben started with Palmetto Yacht Management in October 2014 as a Driver. A couple of years later he was promoted to Driver Manager then earned his second promotion as the Logistics Coordinator in July 2018, which eventually landed him in his current position as the Logistics Manager.

Dylan
Logistics Coordinator
Originally from Rocky Mount, NC, growing up and spending time with his grandfather on the water visiting various local lakes and rivers around my hometown sparked a fascination with boats at a very young age. Graduating from East Carolina University with a degree in Business Administration, during my college career I also worked at UPS part-time. As a UPS supervisor, he saw first hand how the puzzle comes together for getting the product to the consumer and found a love for figuring out logistical challenges and making it happen. After college and UPS, he started with Grady-White Boats as the shipping supervisor. During his tenure at Grady-White and developing relationships with many transportation providers, he met the best team in the boat transportation industry. Seeing Palmetto Yacht Management work from a customer perspective was eye opening as nobody else in the industry provides what Palmetto does. Palmetto makes a customer's experience seamless and you can not ask for better communication.

Michaela
