Palmetto Yacht is a family owned boat transportation company founded in 2008, having grown from a "one man in a truck" operation to a nationally recognized company servicing the entire east coast in just over a decade. We work closely with many premiere boat manufacturers such as Pursuit, Scout Boats, Midnight Express, Grady White, Formula, as well as the MarineMax organization. Our company offers one of the only pay structures in the industry that puts you in control of how much you make. Each driver can increase their hourly rate based on their personal MPH average. The more efficient you are in your day-to-day the more you'll make!

The Hiring Process
​
Candidates are vetted by our internal recruiting team. Qualified candidates will be invited to attend an onsite interview to showcase their driving abilities. If selected, a contingency offer letter will be extended with more information detailing your position.

All drivers are brought into PYM Camp at a day rate of $200. Camp consists of 5 days of in classroom and hands-on training. At the conclusion of your training, you will take a test to recap all of the content you have reviewed and learned.
We provide each attendee with access to our proprietary training software prior to class. This allows you 1 week to learn prior to your start date and gives you the power to be in control of your paycheck!
After you’ve completed training you will go through multiple performance reviews to allow ample chances to increase your mileage rate throughout your first year.

Referral Bonus: Any driver who refers someone who is hired and successfully completes 30-Days with Palmetto Yacht Management will earn $1000!!
Passing Inspection Bonus: $50 for any passing level 1 inspection
